And before anything else — I want you to know something:
If you’re here because you’re exhausted from being the strong one…
because anxiety has shaken your confidence…
because caregiving feels heavier than you expected…
because you look “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed underneath…
You are not alone.
I know that space.
21 years ago, anxiety entered my life suddenly and intensely. I went from being capable, confident, and the one others leaned on… to someone who could barely quiet her thoughts.
Racing thoughts. Panic. Fear that I was losing control.
I remember the isolation more than anything. The quiet shame. The way people would say, “Just Get Over It,” as if it were that simple.
It wasn’t simple.
And I suffered quietly for longer than I wish I had.
But that season changed me.
It softened my judgment.
It deepened my empathy.
It taught me how powerful the nervous system truly is — and how healing doesn’t come from force, but from safety.
Caregiving brought another layer of understanding.
Supporting my mother through dementia has been one of the most sacred and painful journeys of my life. Caregiving is love — but it is also grief, frustration, exhaustion, and invisible loneliness.
If you are walking that road, I see the strength it takes.
Kindcore Comforts was born from lived experience.
-From anxiety that humbled me.
-From caregiving that stretched me.
-From learning how to regulate my own nervous system so I could feel steady again.
Along with walking the walk,I am a Certified Master Life Coach, Wellness Coach, Anxiety Coach, and Relationship Facilitator — but more than anything, I am someone who understands what it feels like when your inner world doesn’t match the strong face you show the outside world.
This space exists so you don’t have to hold it all alone.
So you can exhale.
So your body can soften.
So you can feel steady — even in hard seasons.
If you’re here, you matter.
And I would be honored to walk alongside you.
